本研究聚焦於籃球裁判系統的績效分析與智慧化管理，結合資料分析與實務系統設計提出完整方法。首先，透過機器學習分析台灣超級籃球聯賽裁判資料，發現團隊合作能力較個人能力更能影響整體執法績效。進一步發展 RefBot 聊天機器人系統，支援裁判管理流程自動化，提升聯賽指派與管理效率。
